Lisa Shouldice Psych Clinic
Content Strategy & Creation
The Client
Lisa Shouldice Psychotherapy Clinic, a Toronto-based trauma-specialized mental health practice serving individuals, couples, and families. Experienced therapists, real expertise, meaningful work. But zero social media presence to show for it.
The Challenge
Lisa knew she needed to be online but didn't know where to start. No content strategy. No visual identity for social. No idea how to translate clinical expertise into something people actually want to watch. Average views sitting at 400. In a space where trust is everything, the content wasn't building any.
What We Did
Built it from the ground up. Visual direction, content strategy, and production across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
The approach: make it relatable. Mental health content that doesn't feel clinical. Real topics, real language, the kind of videos someone sends to a friend and says "this is exactly what I needed to hear." Every piece designed to build trust before a client ever books a consultation.
Results
Average views: 400 → 2K within 2 months. Individual videos hitting 12K, 78K. Three platforms, all growing. Trust built at scale.
